Job Summary
Job Summary
Under the direction of the Highlands Community Charter and Technical School's Director of Fiscal Services, the Manager of Fiscal Services will oversee and supervise staff and associated analytical and operational tasks to ensure accurate and timely fiscal operations. This position is responsible for ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and correctly, tracking all grants and related expenditures, completing any required grant reporting, overseeing and reviewing the completion of standard account reconciliations, facilitating the monthly and annual fiscal close process, analyzing actual data vs. budget to report on financial performance and investigate material variances, provide monthly and annual financial reports, complete ad hoc financial reports as requested. The fiscal services department will also be responsible for working on each fiscal year's budget and corresponding budget revisions as required by the California education code and as requested by Highland's leadership. Requirements / Qualifications
