Job Summary
Summary of the Position: The Director of Performance Management & Continuous Improvement (DPMCI) is a mission-driven leader committed to advancing educational equity for adult learners and ensuring organizational excellence across all HCCTS campuses. Reporting directly to the Deputy Director/Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Director oversees accountability, compliance, and human capital systems, serving as a strategic thought partner to the COO and executive leadership team. This leader ensures that operational and instructional performance consistently align with Board Policies, Administrative Regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures. As a key driver of HCCTS’s strategic priorities, the Director designs and implements performance management systems, integrating data-driven continuous improvement practices. The Director collaborates with internal departments and external agencies to ensure full compliance with charter authorizer requirements, state and federal reporting, and internal accountability metrics. In this role, the Director cultivates a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning, rooted in HCCTS’s mission to support adult learners. The Director reports regularly to the Board of Directors on organizational performance, compliance status, and operational expectations. In addition, the Director builds partnerships with higher education institutions, workforce organizations, and community partners to strengthen recruitment pipelines and professional development opportunities—all while modeling HCCTS’s values of equity, excellence, and integrity. Requirements / Qualifications
