Job Summary

Job Summary

Highlands Community Charter and Technical Schools (HCCTS) seeks an experienced, visionary Director of Communications to lead and execute internal and external communications across the organization. This role is central to our mission of serving second-chance learners by ensuring clear, consistent, and inspiring communication with students, staff, community partners, and policymakers. The Communications Director will oversee a communications team, serve as the Executive Director’s communications lead, and collaborate closely with all departments to ensure information is accurate, timely, and accessible. The Director will also coordinate external consultants and act as the school’s public information officer. (Please read the job description before applying for this position.)
