Job Summary
DEFINITION: Manages student learning in accordance with the goals and directives of the district, school, regular classroom teacher, and department. In the absence of the regular classroom teacher, teaches reading, language arts, social studies, mathematics, science, art, health, physical education and music to assigned pupils.
Requirements / Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS: - Possession of valid teaching multiple subject credential or 30-Day Substitute Permit - Experience as regular classroom teacher and/or substitute teacher desirable - Bilingual/Biliterate in Spanish highly desirable - First Aid certificate, including CPR training is desirable
