The UCA Athletic Coach should have a worldview and vision for athletics in line with the school’s mission and vision statement. We are seeking a coach who is excited to grow and build the program, is excellent at planning and organizing a season with purpose, and has a strong understanding of the sport and the ability to teach and strategize with professionalism and maturity. The Athletic Coach is responsible for organizing and executing their sport program at United Christian Academy. He/she is responsible for coaching student athletes in competitive playing techniques to prepare them for events and competitions. He/she is to motivate student athletes to develop an appreciation of the sport. UCA recognizes our mission as an integral part of the 5-fold ministry given to the church in Ephesians 4:11-13. As such, UCA coaches serve as ministers to help advance the mission and vision of United Christian Academy. Reports to: Athletic Director Grade Levels: 9th - 12th Grade Work Schedule: Approximately 17-20 hours per week from July through February. Must arrive on campus by 3 pm Position Classification: Seasonal
