Minimum Qualifications (Required): Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university. Preferred Qualifications (Desired): A CA teaching credential or completion of a teacher preparation program. Experience teaching in a high school setting. Graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or closely related field.

The ideal applicant will demonstrate a commitment to pedagogically distinguished instruction and effective communication and collaboration, with a professional desire for continuous improvement and innovation. Primary Teaching Assignment: 5 sections in Computer Programming, Robotics, Freshmen Innovation Electives. Secondary Capacity: Ability to teach General Math or other advanced math topics including Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus if needed is required to provide maximum scheduling flexibility, though the core assignment is Computer Science/Robotics/Innovation.
