Job Summary
Under the direction of the Assistant Principal of Arts, the Director of Production provides strategic, operational, and educational leadership for all production activities across the school’s performances and special events. The Director oversees long-term planning, budgets, staffing, and operational systems; manages productions from concept through strike; and leads within the Production & Design Conservatory by mentoring students in collaboration with the Chair of Theatre, ensuring professional industry standards and meaningful hands-on learning.
