Job Summary

Job Summary

The Early Education Elementary Site Principal is responsible for all aspects of the management and operation of an elementary school. It is the responsibility of the site principal to assume the instructional leadership of the school staff and to promote the cooperative development of a school program which will best meet the educational objectives of the school district for all learners. In addition to the duties above the principal assigned to Justin Early Learners Academy shall assume the following site-specific leadership responsibilities, aligned to the needs of an Early Education campus serving General Education Preschool, Special Education Early Start Infant Programs, Special Education Preschool Programs, and General Education and Special Education Transitional Kindergarten Program. Requirements / Qualifications

1. Master’s degree in Education or Related Field 2. Valid California Teaching or Services Credential 3. Administrative Services Credential (Clear or Certificate of Eligibility) 4. Minimum of two (2) years in a leadership role or Assistant Principal capacity with demonstrated experience in curriculum, professional development, and instruction PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: 1. Minimum of five (5) years classroom teaching experience 2. Experience in early childhood education, knowledge of preschool licensing and special education requirements, and/or experience supporting inclusive preschool and Transitional Kindergarten programs. 3.
