Job Summary

Job Summary

OSA seeks a dedicated and student-centered College, Career, and Academic Counselor to support academic progress, college readiness, and postsecondary planning for students in the Performing Arts pathways (grades 6-12). This role serves approximately 400 students and integrates academic advising, course scheduling, graduation monitoring, college counseling, and student support services. The ideal candidate is a systems-oriented and relationship-driven counselor who builds strong partnerships with students, families, and faculty; ensures schedules align with graduation and A-G requirements; and collaborates across departments to promote equitable student outcomes.
