Job Summary

St. Apollinaris Catholic School in Napa, CA is seeking a full-time, full charge accountant for approximately 30 hours per week. The qualified candidate should be proficient in Excel, QuickBooks and payroll systems. The School Accountant is responsible for, but not limited to; accounts payable and receivables; processing of payroll; monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; attendance at school finance meetings; and processing of personnel hiring paperwork and benefits maintenance. This position qualifies for a full benefit package which includes: medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation accrual, paid sick leave, paid bereavement leave, life and AD&D insurance, 403b, and 401a defined 5.5% employer contribution account after 12 months of eligible service.
