Job Summary
Under the direction of the Highlands Community Charter School’s Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Analyst performs independent, advanced analytical, highly complex tasks to assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the Human Resources Department including salary administration, data gathering, position classification, report preparation, special project assignments, and supports recruitment, selection and general oversight of new personnel.
