Job Summary
The Clerical Substitute Pool provides qualified temporary support to assist with office operations across district sites. Individuals in the pool are called on an as-needed basis to fill in for regular staff during absences or peak workload periods. Typical duties may include answering phones, greeting visitors, data entry, filing, scheduling, and other general office tasks.
Requirements / Qualifications
IN ORDER FOR YOUR APPLICATION TO BE GIVEN FULL CONSIDERATION, application must be complete, including work experience and professional references. A separate resume is not acceptable in lieu of work experience and/or professional references. Applicants must pass the Clerical Proficiency Test administered by District. TB and fingerprint clearance required prior to beginning work. If your application is selected to move forward with the testing process, you will be notified via email of the date and location of the exam.
