Under the direct supervision of Maintenance Lead and the general supervision of the Superintendent, monitors and personally performs all the duties of a custodian. Performs activities related to keeping an assigned site clean, sanitary, safe and orderly; performs custodial and minor maintenance duties in the upkeep of a facility; and performs related work as required.
