The Director, Leadership Development will lead Alameda County Office of Education’s Leadership Development Team to provide accessible, premium-quality leadership development for school and district leaders in Alameda County, including the Clear Administrative Services Credential (CASC) program, an Aspiring Administrators’ program, and an assistant principal to principal pipeline. Requirements / Qualifications
Education & Experience: Bachelors’ Degree (required) Clear Administrative Services Credential (required) At least four years of experience as a school leader (required) At least four years of experience leading or coaching full-time within a leadership development program (required) Equivalency: Equivalent combination of education and experience if applicable.
