Looking for a candidate with strong knowledge and experience in multiple dance styles, including dance technique, pom, jazz, hip hop, and lyrical, and will be able to effectively teach and choreograph routines appropriate for performance, school events, and competitions. Demonstrated dance experience and technical proficiency in dance technique, pom, jazz, hip hop and lyrical required. - Ability to teach proper technique, style, musicality, and performance quality. - Experience in choreographing routines for group performance and team settings. - Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to motivate and work positively with students of varying skills. Preferred qualifications: - Prior teaching or coaching experience in a school or studio setting. - Experience working with middle school or high school dancers - Knowledge of team preparation for performances, games, and/or competitions. - Commitment to fostering teamwork, discipline, school spirit, and positive representation of the program and school.
