General Responsibilities (all positions): Plan, coordinate, and supervise all team practices, conditioning, and competitions. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that supports student-athletes' growth both on and off the field/court. Maintain clear communication with players, families, and school administration. Ensure compliance with CIF-SS, school, and district policies. Oversee assistant coaches and manage equipment and uniforms. Monitor academic progress and eligibility of student-athletes. Attend league meetings, training, and professional development as required. The season runs from January-May of the school year.
