Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. - Valid and appropriate California Teaching Credential. - Successful background clearance through the California Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. - Current Tuberculosis (TB) clearance. - Proficiency in operating standard office equipment, including computers, printers, copiers, and telephones. - Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written professional settings. - Knowledge of applicable laws, policies, and regulations governing charter schools. Physical Requirements - Ability to stand for extended periods. - Frequent sitting and speaking for prolonged periods. - Ability to walk moderate distances, including multiple city blocks. - Ability to use stairs in multi-story buildings. - Occasional lifting, carrying, kneeling, squatting, and twisting. Work Environment - Work may occur in settings with uneven surfaces, moderate noise levels, and a fast-paced atmosphere. - Requires the ability to work effectively under pressure and respond to unpredictable student behaviors. - Frequent use of computers, tablets, and other digital devices. - Occasional outdoor work, including exposure to varying weather conditions. - Possible exposure to traffic conditions during duties.
