Job Summary

The Speech/Language Therapist assists in developing speech and language skills to facilitate the personal, social, and intellectual development of students. To respond to the individual needs and abilities of students, the Speech/Language Pathologist must work closely with the staff and administration of the cooperative and school district. These positions are preferred for in-person services, however, we may consider Hybrid/Remote option considerations. This position is part of the Special Services Unit at MCUSD/MCOE and will be placed depending on experience on the Special Services Employee Salary schedule. PLEASE NOTE THE 2026-27 SALARY SCHEDULE IS PENDING - SALARY IS CURRENTLY BASED ON THE 2025-26 SALARY SCHEDULE. This position will start in the 2026-2027 school year.
