Job Summary

The Teaching and Learning Coordinator (TLC) is a committed educator who supports the Director of Teaching and Learning (DTL) with the Breakthrough San Francisco instructional program. The TLC will support the DTL with pre-summer preparation, including but not limited to Teaching Fellow Orientation planning, workshop creation and facilitation, and reviewing Teaching Fellow asynchronous assignments. During the summer, the TLC will briefly observe all Teaching Fellows, and debrief observations and takeaways with the DTL. The TLC will also help plan Instructional Coach (IC) Meetings, Faculty Meetings, PD workshops, and take on other instructional program responsibilities.
