About the Employer
Ocean Grove Charter School (OGCS) is a WASC accredited charter school managed by Innovative Education Management (IEM). The school serves students in Santa Cruz, Monterey, San Benito, Santa Clara, and San Mateo counties. Our family of charter schools include South Sutter, Ocean Grove, and Sky Mountain. Requirements / Qualifications
Ocean Grove Charter School is a non-classroom based, personalized learning charter school. We are looking for qualified Single Subject or Multiple Subject TK-12 teachers with ELA Certification. Single Subject credentials are preferred. Applicants must have a computer with a printer and reliable internet connection for this position. Our teachers work from home, so they must provide their own office space. Additionally, a reliable vehicle, current drivers license, and insurance are required for all applicants.
**Credential Copy cannot be a certificate. It must include the date of issuance and expiration as well as the credential number. *Please ensure that you have completed the AB2534 Section in EdJoin before proceeding with your application.

- Credential Copy (Proof of a valid Multiple Subject or Single Subject Credential is required. Please make a PDF print out from the CTC of your credential that reflects dates of issuance and expiration.)
- English Learner Authorization (If not embedded in your credential, please provide proof of CLAD or CTEL on your credential.)
