The Middle/High School Teacher plans and delivers engaging instructional activities; maintains organized course plans and curriculum alignment; evaluates and documents student progress; assigns and grades coursework in a timely manner; communicates regularly with parents and colleagues; maintains a disciplined and respectful classroom environment; integrates technology into instruction; participates in meetings, professional development, and school events; supports students as a mentor and advocate; and collaborates with faculty and administration to advance the mission of Village Christian School. Teachers are expected to model Christ-centered character, professionalism, and teamwork at all times. This is a full-time or part-time, exempt position for the 2025–2026 school year. Salary ranges from $45,000 – $70,000 per year and is dependent upon candidate qualifications and experience. Teachers assigned four (4) or more periods are eligible for benefits.
