The Head Coach instructs athletes in sport-specific rules, techniques, and strategies; organizes and directs team and individual practices; assesses and monitors player development and performance; determines game strategy; supervises athletes during practices and competitions; manages equipment distribution and recordkeeping (including eligibility and emergency forms); models positive sportsmanship and nondiscriminatory practices; and ensures adherence to safety protocols, including injury procedures. The role requires leadership, collaboration with the Athletic Director and administration, and oversight of all aspects of the program. This is a part-time, exempt, seasonal stipend position. Compensation ranges from $1,000 – $10,000 and is based on experience and position. Schedule and time commitment will vary based on the athletic season, practice schedule, and competition calendar.
