Working schedules can be as follows: - 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm (M-F) - 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (M-F) - 4:00 pm to 9:45 pm (M-F) - 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm (M-F) - 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm (M-F)

Requirements / Qualifications

BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction and supervision of the Building Services Supervisor or other designated supervisor, maintains buildings and adjacent grounds, eating and kitchen facilities, classrooms and/or office areas, rest rooms, and related facilities in a clean and orderly condition in accordance with established work schedules. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Any combination of training and experience which would likely provide the required knowledge and skill is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and skill would be: Any combination equivalent to: (1) completion of high school (2) some recent appropriate custodial experience and (3) a good work history which indicates an ability to be at work regularly, on time and to perform effectively. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds; occasionally up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and ability to focus. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
