Colusa County Office of Education is recruiting for a Special Education Assistant Superintendent/SELPA Director who can plan, organize, direct and coordinate the activities and functions of Special Education/SELPA program and services; direct the instructional programs in classrooms and other support services, develop assigned budgets; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.

CURRENT ASSIGNMENT LOCATION: Colusa County Special Ed. SALARY: $122,372 - $163,991 per year HOURS/DAYS: 8 hours per day, 220 days per year BENEFITS: Partially paid medical, dental and vision benefits; paid sick and vacation leave; CalSTRS retirement EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in education or related field and five years experience in the administration of special education or related activities. LICENSES & REQUIREMENTS: Valid California Teaching or Service Credential Valid California Administrative Services Credential The successful candidate will be required to provide DOJ fingerprint clearance, TB test clearance, a valid California driver’s license, and immunizations as described on complete job description following acceptance of job offer.
