6th Grade Teacher 2026-2027 Woodland Star Charter, a Waldorf Public School in Glen Ellen, California is looking to hire a teacher for our 6th grade for the 2025-26 school year and beyond. This is a healthy well-formed full class with an enthusiastic devoted and supportive parent group. We offer a competitive salary (plus a little more for Spanish bi-lingual and postgraduate degrees) as well as health, dental, retirement benefits, and a school year calendar designed for sustainable teaching and learning. The Woodland Star faculty is warm, supportive, and collaborative. We have a great time working together as we hone our craft as Waldorf educators in the public sector. Our school is located on 13 beautiful acres with lots of garden space and playing fields, a middle school science and art room.

A competitive salary ($60,000 - $88,000) depending on training, education, and years of teaching experience
