Educational Services Benicia Unified School District (BUSD) is seeking an exceptional, student-centered leader to serve as our next Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services. Located in the beautiful waterfront community of Benicia, California, BUSD serves approximately 4,300 students across TK–12 programs and is known for robust community support, dedicated staff, and a commitment to academic excellence. 219 days Closes on 3/6/2026 Salary range: $166,564-$206,999. Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Valid California Administrative Services Credential (required). Master’s degree in education or a related field (preferred) Minimum of five (5) years of successful experience as a site or district administrator. Site level leadership experience strongly preferred District-level experience overseeing Curriculum and Instruction, Special Education and/or Student Services strongly preferred. Valid California driver's license

Fingerprint and TB Clearance will be required as conditions of employment.
Completion of mandatory training for all staff will also be required as a preemployment requirement.
