Our small size allows us to be innovative, collaborative, and student-centered in everything we do. We are seeking a passionate and student-focused Coordinator of MTSS, Data, and Instructional Support to help lead our districtwide efforts to strengthen academic systems and ensure every student receives timely, targeted support. The Coordinator will provide leadership for our Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), guiding Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions, supporting data-driven decision-making, and coaching teachers to implement evidence-based instructional practices. This is an exciting opportunity for an instructional leader who enjoys collaboration, systems-building, and working closely with teachers to improve outcomes for students. Key Responsibilities Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the MTSS framework Coordinate universal screening, benchmark assessments, and progress monitoring Analyze student data to guide instructional decisions Facilitate data meetings and intervention planning Provide instructional coaching (co-planning, co-teaching, modeling lessons) Support Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) Design and deliver professional development Collaborate with administration to strengthen schoolwide systems of support
Requirements / Qualifications
Valid California Teaching Credential Minimum of three years successful classroom teaching experience Experience with MTSS, RTI, intervention systems, or instructional coaching preferred Strong background in literacy and/or mathematics instruction Ability to analyze and interpret student achievement data Collaborative leadership style and strong communication skills
