Requirements / Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: Education: • Graduation from High School or equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade; • Supplemental courses/in-services in office practices/management and computer programs, desirable; • Associates of Arts degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, preferred. Experience: • 3-5 years of increasingly responsible office experience; • Experience in California Public Schools and central office knowledge work is preferred; • Customer service training and/or experience; • Some experience with abbreviated shorthand/note-taking; • Any combination of training and experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities. Licenses, Certifications, and Testing: • Pre-employment physical and drug test; • A current and valid Tuberculosis (TB) clearance; • Fingerprint clearance for school personnel; • Pass District test(s) with a score of 70% or better; • Pass a District typing test, at fifty-five (55) words per minute, using a computer keyboard.
