Requirements / Qualifications

Internal Applicants: Although an Edjoin application is the only requirement for internal applicants: it is recommended that you include all items listed to allow all panel members a complete view of your qualifications and background. External Applicants: * Master's degree in a related field is required. * Job-related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required. * Minimum five years of successful program-wide leadership experience. * Must possess a valid California Administrative Services Credential or Certificate of Eligibility (COE) for a California Administrative Services Credential. * Must possess one of the following: a valid California teaching credential based upon a bachelor's degree and student teaching or a valid California services credential. * Must possess one of the following: Pupil Personnel Services Credential, Educational Specialist Credential, or Clinical Rehabilitative Services Credential, or equivalent. * Must possess a valid California driver's license issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles. Required Documents:

  • Certificate Copy (Must possess one of the following: a valid California teaching credential based upon a bachelor's degree and student teaching or a valid California services credential)
  • Certification (Must possess one of the following: Pupil Personnel Services Credential, Educational Specialist Credential, or Clinical Rehabilitative Services Credential, or equivalent.)
  • Copy of Transcript (Proof of Master's degree)
  • Credential Copy (Must possess a valid California Administrative Services Credential or a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) for a California Administrative Services Credential)
  • Letter of Introduction
