As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide support to students with high support needs by implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. You will deliver 1:1 therapy, monitor and document progress, assist with skill development, and support students during behavioral challenges. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff to create a structured and supportive learning environment while maintaining professional and ethical standards. Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM (22.5 hours/week) Location: 2116 E. Villa St. Pasadena, CA 91107; Main Campus (NPS) Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00/hour Qualifications/Requirements: -High School Diploma or GED -Satisfactorily complete a physical & TB screening -Maintain active Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). -Experience assisting special needs individuals (Socially Emotional Disturbance (S.E.D.) and/or Behavioral Challenges); 1 year. -Satisfactorily pass a background fingerprinting clearance from DOJ/FBI Community Care Licensing/Dept. of Social Services.
