The SLUSD Teacher Recruitment Event will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The event will include interview opportunities for positions in the district for pre-registered/pre-screened candidates. Interviews will be held for elementary, middle school, and high school general education positions, as well as Special Education positions. To be eligible, applicants must have one of the following: a California preliminary or clear teaching credential, a teaching credential from another state, verification of teacher intern eligibility, or verification of credential completion by August 2026. To attend the recruitment fair as a pre-registered candidate, please submit an application via Edjoin before the deadline and include a copy of your teaching credential by Monday, March 9.
