Required Exam: Must pass the SUHSD Nutrition Services Assistant II proficiency exam. Required Certificates: Valid Serv-Safe Certificate Supervisor's Training Certificate issued by Dept. of Public Health. Application Material Required: Resume Three (3) Letters of Reference/Recommendation *All external and substitute applicants must attach the following with their application: Current Resume Three (3) letters of recommendation and/or three (3) Classified Reference forms dated within the last two years; all letters must be dated.
