Job Summary
? Teach elementary classes (TK–6) as assigned by the Principal, fostering a dynamic, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. ? Serve as a positive role model for students by demonstrating professionalism, respect, and ethical behavior, and by integrating the values and principles of the Tzu Chi framework into daily teaching and interactions. ? Plan, implement, and assess instruction aligned with school curriculum guidelines and educational standards. ? Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and differentiated instruction to support individual learning needs. ? Ensure student safety at all times by actively supervising students, maintaining appropriate classroom procedures, and following all school safety policies and protocols. ? Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment, including responsibility for the care, organization, and proper use of assigned classroom materials, furniture, and instructional resources. ? Integrate technology and multimodal instructional resources to enhance student engagement and support diverse learning styles. ? Communicate effectively and professionally with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development. ? Check and respond promptly to professional communications from colleagues, families, and administration. ? Participate in staff development and training opportunities; demonstrate a commitment to professional growth by accepting constructive feedback and implementing best instructional practices. ? Maintain and submit required instructional, assessment, and student documentation in a timely manner when requested. ? Report directly to the School Principal and collaborate with administration and colleagues to support student success and school-wide goals. ?
