Job Summary

Under the direction of the assigned Administrator or Supervisor, patrol and supervises campus activities at the District’s elementary and secondary-level school campus, parking lot, and other school facility areas to ensure the well-being and safety of students, staff and visitors in non-classroom activities; ensure student compliance with school and District rules and procedures; promote safety intervention and restorative practices; enforce traffic and parking regulations; and perform other job-related duties as assigned and/or required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: One year of experience working with adolescent-age students performing supervision, security, and control services. Recent job-related experience within the last five years is required. EDUCATION: Verification of a High School diploma, a GED certificate, or a higher degree, supplemented by training or coursework in behavior modification techniques, student supervision, or a closely related field will be required at time of hire. Certification & Required Documentation You must provide verification for the following, and all documents must be current at the time of employment: • Emergency Response Training (CPR/First Aid): o A current First Aid and CPR certificate covering Infant, Child, and Adult protocols. o The CPR training component must be a verified in-person course. o Certifications must be issued by a recognized organization (e.g., the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross). o These certifications must be kept active as a condition of continued employment.
