Requirements / Qualifications
Appropriate California Pupil Personnel Services Credential authorizing service in School Psychology. If you do not have a posted credential, please attach a letter (Does not need to be from a University) that states you are currently enrolled in a program, and list your expected graduation date. Letter of Introduction Resume Letter(s) of Recommendation (x3) Certification in Inclusive Practices, the equivalent, or willingness to obtain, is desired.

Expertise in Systems: Deep familiarity with the research and system design surrounding Inclusive Practices, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), specifically within the P-3 grade levels
Developmental Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of the developmental needs of young children (P-3), including expertise in early childhood behavior and social-emotional development
Coaching & Professional Development: Strong capacity to develop and deliver effective professional development, training, and one-on-one coaching to educators
Professional Reliability: Proven ability to be itinerant, manage time effectively, maintain a rigorous schedule, reprioritize when needed and directed, and demonstrate exceptional organization and punctuality across various school sites.
Communication Excellence: Clear and professional written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration across all departments and with families
Strong capacity to collaborate with the district’s existing Early Learning Team and leadership.
