SDC Teacher - Moderate to Severe (Dalton Elementary) at Azusa Unified
Requirements / Qualifications
This position requires a credential which authorizes Special Day services such as an Education Specialist Credential: Moderate to Severe. The candidate must have an English Language Learner Authorization/CLAD, valid CPR & 1st Aid Certificates
It is recommended you attach a letter of interest, three (3) letters of recommendation, all written within one year, and if you are a current teacher, a performance evaluation.

Medical insurance plans are available on the Azusa Unified School District website in the staff section. Employees working a 90+% assignment are required to take at least single coverage health insurance with the Azusa Unified School District or provide proof of coverage through another group plan.
