The Substitute Teacher will step in for regular classroom teachers as needed, ensuring continuity of learning in a nurturing and structured environment. This role involves implementing lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and fostering a positive, engaging learning experience aligned with Seashore Academy’s educational values.
