Job Summary
The School Psychologist is classified as certificated management and is under the direction of the Superintendent or Designee. The School Psychologist provides a continuum of general psychological services to the children of Keyes Union School District, behavior management, and agency liaison activities; conducts behavior consultation with parents, teachers and administrators; provides staff development to school district personnel on instructional strategies and behavior management issues; coordinates general assessment activities and data collection for the progress monitoring of intervention programs for at-risk students
Requirements / Qualifications
- Valid Pupil Personnel Services School Psychology credential or equivalent - Criminal Justice Fingerprint Clearance - Current Tuberculosis (TB) Test - Letter of Introduction - 2 Letter(s) of Recommendation within the last 12 months Other (Completion of coursework in psychoeducational testing, counseling, classroom/behavioral management)
• Administrative Credential or Master's Degree preferable • At least 5 years of successful professional experience in education. • Letters of Recommendation from at least two current supervisors
