Benefits
Medical, dental, and vision stipend of $2,245 per month for full-time employees (optional cash-in-lieu benefit of $250 per month for full-time employees with proof of active insurance).
Stipends
Phone/internet stipend of $50 per month for full-time employees; mileage reimbursement; education stipend of $1,500 for a Master’s degree and $3,000 for a Master’s degree + doctorate.
Retirement
403(b) with up to a 10% employer contribution per Board policy (CalSTRS/CalPERS not offered).
Schedule
Full-time (remote with occasional in-person attendance required). Availability required between 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

This position is fully remote; however, occasional in-person attendance will be required in Southern and/or Northern California for approximately 2–4 multi-day events per year, with additional events possible as needed. The WIOA Student Support Specialist assists with student support in the instructional program, recruitment and admissions, retention, and with community partners. This position requires highly-effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (both oral and written) in order to develop, maintain, and effectively interface with partner organizations, parents, students, and staff members. This is a full-time position, employees must be available to take work related calls and attend meetings as needed with minimum disruption, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm.
