Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Superintendent, plan, organize, control and administer the District’s personnel system including classified and certificated employees and programs; assure compliance with applicable District rules and policies, State and Federal laws, codes and regulations; oversee the evaluation process; serve as the District’s chief negotiator; serves as a member of the Superintendent’s cabinet; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education and Experience: Any combination equivalent to: Master's degree in education or related field and five years of school district management experience. Licenses & Other Requirements • Valid California Administrative Services Credential required. • Valid California Teaching Credential. • Valid California Class C driver's license and current auto insurance. Preferred but not required: • Completion of ACSA Personnel Academy or willingness to attend. Required Documents:

  • Letter of Introduction
  • Letter(s) of Reference (3 letters of professional reference, dated within past 2 years)
  • Resume
