We are seeking a dynamic and student-centered Principal to lead our school community. This position focuses fully on the responsibilities of a Principal, with a clear, supported pathway to grow into a combined Superintendent/Principal role over a 2–3 year period. The successful candidate will receive mentorship, professional development, and Board support as they gradually assume broader district leadership responsibilities.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, with opportunities for adjustment as responsibilities expand.
