Position Overview A High School Enrichment Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate programs that extend student learning beyond the standard curriculum. This role supports students in cultivating advanced cognitive skills, creativity, and social-emotional growth through targeted enrichment activities. Location: Tulare, CA Hours: During the afterschool period
Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, • Will accept: o High School diploma and 48 college units or o High School diploma and NCLB test certificate of passing grade or o High School diploma and AA/AS or higher • One to two years of demonstrated experience in weight training • A minimum of two years’ experience working with high school aged youth is desirable GENERAL REQUIREMENTS • Must be at least 18 years of age or older. • Must pass a DOJ/FBI background check. • Must receive TB clearance. • Must pass pre-employment drug screening. • Must have reliable means of transportation which may include alternative means of transportation such as public transit, ride sharing, and or biking.
