Job Summary
Performs a variety of complex and responsible clerical, record keeping, profiling and reporting or other support duties, following and interpreting well-established policies, procedures and mandated regulations. Assignments are usually at a secondary school site, or equivalent size of specialized department, or educational program.
Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma or equivalent AND three years of progressive clerical or administrative support experience, preferably in an educational environment. OR An associate degree with coursework in business administration, communications, behavioral science, or a related field AND two years of progressive clerical or administrative support experience, preferably in an educational environment. OR A bachelor’s degree with course work in business administration, communications, a behavioral science, or a related field AND one year of of progressive clerical or administrative support experience or higher, preferably in an educational environment Licenses and Certificates May require a valid California driver’s license. May require a first aid certificate.

To establish a list of eligible candidates that will be used to fill current and future vacancies (full and part-time) for the duration of the list, up to one year. The current vacancy is a 10-month, full-time (8 hours/day) position located at Royal High School.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Completed applications must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. on February 18, 2026. Late applications and/or certificates will not be accepted.
TESTING PROCESS:
A) Multiple Choice Test = 40% weighting on final score
Tentatively scheduled for February 27, 2026
B) Structured Interview = 60% weighting on final score
Tentatively scheduled for the week of March 2, 2026
