Under the direction of the school site administrator, to serve as a substitute/temporary assignment teacher within the schools of the Etiwanda School District.
Requirements / Qualifications
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree and course work necessary to meet and maintain the credential requirements associated with work as a substitute teacher. LICENSES An Emergency 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit or valid California Teaching Credential allowing service as a substitute teacher.
•All sections of the application must be FULLY completed even if a resume is submitted. Upon offer of employment, individuals will need to complete an application for a criminal background clearance through the Department of Justice. Authorization to employ cannot be granted according to state law until the criminal background clearance from DOJ has been received. *Cost of fingerprinting will be the responsibility of the appointee.
Tuberculosis Test (TB): Must furnish certificate showing proof of being free from active tuberculosis (certificate must be within 60 days of offer of employment)
