Preschool Teachers - Full-Time (For the 2026 - 2027 School Year) at Kings County Office Of Education
Requirements / Qualifications
High School Diploma, equivalent, or certificate of completion is required. Child Development Teacher Permit required. Possess or be eligible to obtain a valid California Commission on Teacher Credentialing permit as a Child Development Teacher. Possess a valid CPR/First Aide certification. Certificate of Achievement in Child Development-Special Education is desired. May be required to possess a valid Driver License and maintain insurability. Must be able to travel to various sites/locations for business purposes within a reasonable time frame.
Child Development Permit - Teacher or Master Teacher required. Child Development Permit - Site Supervisor or Program Director acceptable but not required.

- Copy of Transcript (Copy of transcripts with Degree conferred on them)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (One-to-three letters of recommendation, at least one from within the past year)
