Visions In Education is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Early Childhood Education (ECE) Coordinator to help shape an inspiring early learning experience for our youngest students and their families. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of high-quality, developmentally appropriate programs for TK–2 learners, ensuring every child has equitable access to engaging, meaningful early education. The ECE Coordinator supports teachers, family partners, and instructional staff through coaching, curriculum design, and professional learning, while fostering strong home–school connections and inclusive practices. Ideal candidates bring a deep understanding of child development, a commitment to family partnership, and the ability to build systems that support joyful, curiosity-driven learning. If you are passionate about empowering educators, uplifting families, and building a strong academic and social-emotional foundation for young learners, we’d love to have you join our team. This position will work 2 or more days in the office per week. The position includes travel to school events in all counties served by Visions and remote work. This schedule is subject to change. - Possession of a valid California teaching credential. - Possession of Early Childhood Education or Child Development permit or LEA certification - Preferred - Possession of a valid California Administrative Services credential. - Preferred - Previous administrative experience in early childhood education, transitional kindergarten, or family engagement programs.
