Job Summary
DEFINITION Under supervision of the Assistant Principal or Administrative Designee, perform secretarial work for an Assistant Principal or designated administrator. Work that includes but is not limited to assisting the supervisor with routine administrative details; provide a variety of information and assistance and serve as a liaison between related agencies, public, parents, students, administrators, and staff. Representative duties may vary per assignment.
Requirements / Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS Education/Certification/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; three (3) years office experience in an educational setting. Desired Qualification: Secretarial experience in educational field; certificates in Microsoft Office applications.
