Visions In Education is seeking an English Language Development Coordinator for the 2026/27 school year. The English Language Development (ELD) Coordinator leads the design and implementation of a high-quality, equitable ELD program that supports the academic success and well-being of English learners. Working collaboratively with educators, instructional leaders, families, and community partners, this role develops standards-aligned curriculum, professional learning, and resources grounded in the California ELD Framework and informed by social, emotional, and cultural perspectives. The ELD Coordinator provides guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent, inclusive instructional practices while promoting compliance, innovation, and meaningful learning experiences for all Multilingual learners. This position will work 2 or more days in the office per week. The position includes travel to school events in all counties served by Visions and remote work. This schedule is subject to change. Requirements / Qualifications
- Possession of a valid California teaching credential. - Possession of a valid California Administrative Services credential is preferred. - CLAD certification or ability to obtain the certification within the first school year of employment. - Previous administrative experience, independent study or home school experience are desirable.
