Job Summary
The Board of Trustees of the Panama-Buena Vista Union School District invites qualified administrator candidates to apply for the position of School Site Principal. The Board is seeking a Principal who will plan, direct, and coordinate the activities and operations in an elementary, junior high, or TK-8 setting. This includes providing leadership to subject matter specialists, first-line administrators, teachers, and other credentialed professionals, as well as classified staff; overseeing budget administration, and managing educational and categorical programs. The Principal will ensure maintenance and upkeep of school site to promote a safe learning environment.
Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Valid California Teaching Credential Valid Administrative Services Credential Master's Degree from an accredited university with major coursework in Education or related field. At least five years of successful classroom teaching and/or coaching experience. Administrator experience desired.
