Under the direction of the Deputy Superintendent of Professional Learning and Support and the Division Director/President of Teachers College of San Joaquin, the IMPACT Support Supervisor is responsible for all phases of supervision of candidates, and for covering all Student Learning Outcomes identified within the course. The supervisor works one-on-one with the candidate to evaluate and support growth as she/he learns to manage all responsibilities required of a teacher (or administrator) of record. During classroom visits both in-person and virtual, the supervisor works one-on-one with the candidate to evaluate and support growth as she/he learns to manage all responsibilities required of a teacher (or administrator) of record. IMPACT Support Supervisors are required to attend program trainings and meetings to stay apprised of TCSJ policies and procedures.

Possess a valid California Teaching Credential.
